How Can I Get ELITE STREAM?
The "app specified by the Administrator" is available for free on Roku, Android, Firestick, Apple TV (2nd Gen and up) and your Smart TV app store. ELITE STREAM isn't stable with Chromecast at the moment so support will be limited.
How Can I See The Latest Movies Available?
Click on one of the libraries across the top of your screen. Depending on the device you're on, you'll see filter/settings options on the upper right of your screen. From there you can sort by release date, recently added etc.
NOTE: Settings and filtering options are placed in different areas on different devices.
What is the recommended internet speed I should have?
We recommend a minimum internet connection speed of 13 mbps.
Is Your Video Quality Below Average?
If this is the case go to "settings > playback > video quality" and adjust your internet/video quality from "Auto" to "4 mbps"
NOTE: These settings are placed differently on different devices.
Do I Have to Pay For Content?
No! all content is free! We're only charging to set up your profile and making sure your profile stays active.
How Do I Cancel Recurring Donations?
